About Us
Purpose Field Works exists to create space where people, teams, and communities can reconnect with their deeper sense of purpose, and experiment with ways to bring it to life.

We believe people do their best work in teams where they can bring their full selves to what they do, and move together toward something that genuinely matters.
Leaders, too, need space to periodically step back — to recalibrate, reconnect with what drives them, and show up with renewed clarity and authenticity.

Through thoughtful, customised approaches, we partner with purpose-driven leaders, teams, and communities to navigate complexity with clarity, align around what matters most, and move forward with courage.

Meet Hwee Bin
Founder & Principal Consultant
Hi, I'm Tay Hwee Bin, a leadership and systems change consultant with over 20 years of experience in the public and healthcare sectors.
For much of my career, I was an in-house practitioner — leading initiatives to strengthen the effectiveness of leaders, teams, organisations, and ecosystems. My experience spanned strategic planning, organisation design, restructuring, change management, culture change, employee engagement, team development, leadership competency framework development, leadership 360 feedback, and personal mastery workshops.

It was meaningful work. And over time, I felt a growing pull to engage more directly with people, teams, and communities seeking deeper purpose and alignment, especially in an increasingly complex and uncertain world.

Purpose Field Works grew from that calling. It is shaped by over two decades of working closely with leaders and teams, often in moments of transition, uncertainty, or change. My work is grounded in research-backed frameworks, co-creative approaches, and a deep respect for each client's unique context.
The seeds for Purpose Field Works
In mid-2025, Hwee Bin took a deliberate career break — to slow down, and sense what was wanting to emerge for the next phase of her work.

At the Ecosystem Leadership Program Asia Pacific, organised by the Presencing Institute and partners in Bali, she came face-to-face with a calling that had always been present — but from which she had turned away to pursue other endeavours.

Hwee Bin was moved by the many people around her who feel tired and stuck, running ever harder just to stay in the same spot. On the surface, they seem to have it all. But beneath that, there is a quiet disconnection from what they do every day — and from who they truly are.
That experience brought both clarity and urgency. She wants to help people anchor themselves in their own purpose, so they can thrive amidst complexity. The same holds for teams and communities trying to navigate complexity together.
Purpose Field Works was created to hold that space: for reflection, alignment, and intentional action.
